I love making very colorful abstract pieces using acrylics, oils, markers, crayons and other mixed media. Sometimes I like to incorporate bizarre illustrations into my paintings. I love making artwork that my viewers can look at for hours but still notice something new each time they look at it. Even though I graduated with a degree in art, most of the techniques that I utilize in my current works are all self-taught through the process of trial and error.
I enjoy pushing my boundaries and stepping out of my comfort zones on almost every new piece I do. Experimentation with different materials and mediums is fun to me because I never know what to expect the first time, I try something, but that’s the only way to master new techniques and expand the boundaries of my own limitations.
