On March 19, a devastating fire claimed the historic heart of our farm. While the loss of the building was profound, what truly hurt was losing the gathering place where our community of farmers, gardeners, artists, and visitors came together. Now, with our lease ending in January 2026, we face another challenge: finding a new home for our gardens, animals, farm store, and educational programs.
But we’re not giving up—and we need you with us.
We are launching the Relocate & Rebuild Campaign to move our operations to a new location where our mission can thrive. This means:
- Relocating our animals — goats, sheep, donkeys, cows, chickens, ducks, and more.
- Moving and expanding gardens — including community plots, pollinator gardens, and farmer training areas.
- Rebuilding essential infrastructure — shelters, barns, greenhouses, and a new farm store to keep local food flowing to the community.
- Preserving our programs — from Growing Urban Farmers to hands-on classes, school field trips, and our weekly farmers market.
Your support will help us secure land, move equipment, build new facilities, and keep our animals and farmers safe through the transition. Together, we can plant new roots and grow an even stronger future.
